This page’s purpose is to summarize the features and benefits of services available from Neal H. Gantz & Associates, rather than to detail what ECCO® PRO™ ("Ecco") can do and how it can benefit you. We provide independent fee-based Ecco-related services and sell Ecco licenses and related hardware (such as Palm™ Pilots and Visors). Additionally, we have made significant contributions over the years to support Ecco users, to keep Ecco available, and to seek the revival of its development.

Ecco is a uniquely architected program. Used with our help, it inexpensively, efficiently, and fluidly simplifies management of many aspects of complex tasks, jobs, lives, and organizations. (If you are unaware of Ecco’s award winning, productivity-enabling power and versatility, please ask us for a description.)

Perhaps you’ve heard that Ecco has a steep learning curve (or have tried to learn it and found the curve to be steep, or thought that the particular design of your file was the only one Ecco supports). With our training, achieving mastery of Ecco is easier and far less time consuming than using other methods to achieve an intermediate understanding of Ecco or of its semi-competitors. This benefit (learning Ecco faster yet having greater power) occurs because we quickly teach you Neal Gantz's simple but fully encompassing proprietary lesson for understanding Ecco's "thinking" and architecture and how to use them. (Caution: This can lead to Ecco addiction and devotion!)

Perhaps you’ve used Ecco on your own extensively and are working at various levels of productivity with it. Due to Ecco’s many possibilities, we have helped even long term, expert users to discover and master significant ways to optimize their use of Ecco.

The efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our services are exceptional--and the costs at times involve only a quarter hour‘s billings. We typically can offer extremely timely, interactive assistance.

We not only can provide voice phone call based support, but also can provide simultaneous support directly to your PC (via software programs that allow us in effect to log into your PC at the same time that you're using it). We provide any other needed services as well, including on-site visits, courses, etc. We provide a full spectrum of Ecco related services, drawing on our many years of providing such services at expert or beyond-expert levels, including coaching or consulting in such areas as:

• Assistance in your specification of your goals and objectives for Ecco usage.
• Assistance in your evaluation of Ecco's applicability to your goals and objectives. 
• Design and, if desired, Implementation, of:
  • Your Ecco file(s) (i.e., custom templates and usage).
  • Your Ecco networking (if you intend to share Ecco data among multiple users and/or computers, whether or not they are connected via a network).
  • Your usage of Ecco with certain SmartPhones and other Handheld Devices (Palm-powered and some others).
  • Your usage of Ecco with other programs.
• Licensing and installations.  (We were Ecco's publisher's only authorized Ecco reseller when the publisher discontinued its sales of Ecco licenses.  We have an inventory of Ecco licenses and can assist with most licensing and installation requirements.)
• Training (in novice through expert Ecco usage; in network administration; in Ecco-related Palm Pilot or Visor usage; and regarding usage with e-mail, the internet, word processors, billing systems, and other programs).
• Maintenance and/or troubleshooting of Ecco design, networking, or handheld device issues.

We also provide a full set of spreadsheeting customization and training services, utilizing Neal Gantz’s deep involvement in the field starting prior to his 1987 completion of a finance-related MBA, continuing through six plus years of various corporate employee roles, and then launching this practice in 1993. Although the spreadsheeting essentially is separate from our Ecco work, it also bolsters our Ecco qualifications, in that at times the spreadsheet-based manipulation of Ecco data is an extremely productive method to apply.
